The company's customers base includes huge companies such as Caterpillar, Kohler, General Electric, General Motors, and Cummins, and global companies such as these demand on-time delivery, quality products, and continuous cost reduction to stay competitive in the world market. Statement of the Problem/Proposed Solution The problem is to find whether or not the company can improve its delivery time by instituting a fourth shift. "
