  Do not receive E-mails from AcaDemon UK?

  Sometimes the Yahoo server marks an email from AcaDemon UK as Spam and place it into Bulk / Junk mail folder. You can take us off your Spam list by following these steps:

  1. Go to the "trash/bulk" folder.
  2. Open the email you mistakenly marked as Spam.
  3. Click the "Not Spam" button.

  The email will be returned to your Inbox and your Spam filter will know that this email was not Spam.

  

  Do not receive E-mails from AcaDemon UK?

  Sometimes the Hotmail server marks an email from AcaDemon UK as Spam and place it into Bulk / Junk mail folder. You can take us off your Spam list by following these steps:

  1. Go to your "Junk E-mail" folder.
  2. Select the email from us and click "This is not Junk" in the top menu.
